I have spoken about this issue before on countless occasions, as I am repeatedly reminded of tis importance!

On a trip to the USA last year, I discovered the most delicious essene bread at Whole Foods. It was grainy and soft and full of flavour and of course terribly healthy!! It was exactly what I was looking for. It was a raw bread made from sprouted whole wheat berries, dehydrated to form a loaf and sweetened with natural fruit juices and dates- I adored it, and returned on a near daily basis to buy more during my sojourn.

I dreamt of eating it back home and made it a point to purchase one before heading back home. I lovingly wrapped up the frozen bread into a few bags to maintain its freezing point as long as possible and was able to transport it home safe and soundly! It occurred to me recently just how wonderful I am at perfecting the act of procrastination!

I am forever putting things off until the utmost last minute, promising most faithfully in the future not to display such behavior. I shall never put myself into such stress and agony again, I would proclaim!

I went to a wonderfully amazing raw food dinner the other night, with guests….all unknown to me prior to the event. We all came from different parts of the world representing Australia, Germany, Whales, Vietnam, the USA (a New Yorker now living between Bali and Berlin), and well, there was me (my response as to where I am from changes depending on to whom I am speaking, or where I am at the time).

Our gracious host Boris Lauser, a raw food gourmet chef,  provided us with some of the best raw food dishes I have ever tasted.
