It took me countless times to finally find a combination that completely satisfied my needs. trying again and again again did indeed pay off in the end! : Here is the recipe below!

- a round cake pan (or 16 mini cake tins) buttered and floured.
- ½ cup of unsalted plant-based margarine
- 1 cup of dark chocolate blended into small pieces
- 3/4 cups
- ¼ teaspoon of course salt
- 2 tbs. of cornstarch mixed with 3tbs of warm water
- 1 ½ teaspoon of Vanilla or other flavouring
- ¾ cups of flour
- ¼ cup of walnuts
- ¼ cup of chopped almonds
- ¼ cup of ether chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- Preheat the oven to 160° C (325° F)
- Place the 1-cup of blended up chocolate into a small saucepan and add the butter.
- Cook the margarine and chocolate over medium heat until everything has melted.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Stir in the sugar and the cornstarch mixture, and mix in the vanilla.
- Then sift in the flour and mix in the nuts and chopped chocolate (or chocolate chips). Could not be easier right!
- Put the batter into the prepared baking tins and bake until the centre looks just about firm (it took me about 20 minutes). Let cool and enjoy!
