What is Rice
Rce is a cereal grain. It’s one of the most widely consumed staple foods for a large part of the world.

Worldwide, there’s over 40,00 varieties of rice including brown, long-grained, basmati and jasmine rice.
Growing Rice is fairly easy. From seed, you soak the seeds and then let them dry. Then fill a bucket of 6 inches of soil and compost and then add about 5 inches of water to cover the soil. Evenly spread the seeds on top of the water. Place in a warm, sunny area.
Brown rice is high in fiber and mineral than white rice. Wild rice while considered a grass, is even more nutritious than brown rice due to high levels of vitamin A and folic acid.
Rice is the second highest world wide production after maize. It’s also harvested once a year. In China, the chinese word from rice is the same word used for food.
